非常有意思的一部電影，改編自九把刀同名作品《樓下的房客》。

任達華的演技真的是沒話說!! 太太立馬收書去XD。
 

終於，還是鑿開了人性的盡頭！

六間房間、八名房客，

平凡的惡意，不可告人的日常。

九把刀黑暗系代表作，

住在黑暗，邪惡與生俱來。

偷窺很有趣。

我想，犯法的事多半都很有趣吧，法律禁止大家做的事好像都有這樣的特質。

但是，偷窺是一種很奇妙的犯罪，它並不造成任何傷害。

隱私不像鈔票一樣，被偷了以後就少了一點。

繼承出租公寓的無業遊民，在東海大學附近貼起招租佈告。

不要家世清白的乖乖牌學生、不要收支穩定的上班族、不要勤儉質樸的小家庭；

他只要「正常人」，像任何符合正常定義，擁有混亂潛質的正常人，

能滿足他偷窺正常面具下的黑暗面的正常人。

於是，一個房東，八個房客，六間房間，一堆秘密。

人性潛在的可能性，令人無法預測每個房間到底還有多少隱私。
